Rebecca holds two graduate degrees, a JD and an MSW and is a published book author on Mediation in the Workplace (Greenwood Press). Robert S. Chiozzi, COO/CFO, as well as being an entrepreneur, has been a consultant to dozens of start-up and fast growth companies across the country commercializing unique technologies. Bob, a research and product development scientist, working in academia and private enterprise for 17 years, expanded his wide breadth of knowledge into business administration. He has since focused on fundraising, project management, partnership development, and converting technology to value added market applications. Bob applied his expertise in business operations, cost and financial analysis, and technology commercialization to Identity Cops Inc., a high-tech information technology company, and now PeopleOfSize.com. Bob, having held private and public sector positions, is the founder of Growth Management Group, a multi-state business consultancy performing strategies for capital access, product and service commercialization, project planning, and has managed tens of millions of dollars for numerous enterprises. He holds a BS, an MBA, and completed Executive MBA work at MIT and Harvard. He teaches business courses at the college level and has authored two business manuals.
