Rebecca Weinstein, President/CEO & Founder, has been the leader of four successful corporate start-ups.  She is an attorney and masters level social worker, with a wide breadth experience which allows her to cross industry lines and manage a complex array of business development issues.  As a business woman, legal and social justice advocate, and technology pioneer, as well as a person of size, she has a comprehensive and personal grasp of the development of the PeopleOfSize.com community.  As previous co-founder of Identity Cops Inc, Rebecca has been able to meld legal and advanced social science training with practical management experience, orchestrating the cohesive development of a cutting edge information technology company.  Her previous experience also includes business development, legal, and public policy advocacy for people with disabilities and in the field of alternative dispute resolution.  Rebecca holds two graduate degrees, a JD and an MSW and is a published book author on Mediation in the Workplace (Greenwood Press).  She has been quoted in Entrepreneur Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones' Market Watch, HR Magazine, and numerous other publications.  As well, she was named one of six “Power Women” of 2009 by Maine Women Magazine and received the 2008 Corporate Entrepreneur of the Year Award in a tribute to Maine women leaders.

Robert S. Chiozzi, COO/CFO, as well as being an entrepreneur, has been a consultant to dozens of start-up and fast growth companies across the country commercializing unique technologies.  Bob, a research and product development scientist, working in academia and private enterprise for 17 years, expanded his wide breadth of knowledge into business administration.  He has since focused on fundraising, project management, partnership development, and converting technology to value added market applications.  Bob applied his expertise in business operations, cost and financial analysis, and technology commercialization to Identity Cops Inc., a high-tech information technology company, and now PeopleOfSize.com.  Bob, having held private and public sector positions, is the founder of Growth Management Group, a multi-state business consultancy performing strategies for capital access, product and service commercialization, project planning, and has managed tens of millions of dollars for numerous enterprises.  He holds a BS, an MBA, and completed Executive MBA work at MIT and Harvard.  He teaches business courses at the college level and has authored two business manuals.

Becky McKinnell, Creative & Internet Marketing Director, named one of BusinessWeek's "Top 25 Entrepreneurs 25 and Under" for 2009 and SBA of Maine 2010 Young Entrepreneur of the Year, is a leader of the next generation of internet marketers. Formally trained in the arts and entrepreneurial studies, she brings a technically-savvy and fresh sense to marketing design and the application of multi-media.  Becky's clients benefit from her depth of knowledge and common-sense drive for results.  She focuses her resources on raising her clients' online profiles while promoting their unique brands.  Becky is an award-winning business woman and entrepreneur, graduating at the top of her class with a BA in Art and Entrepreneurial Studies, and is further pursuing certifications in Google© Adwords and Google© Analytics.  In addition, she was a finalist in the 2006 Student Business Plan Competition.  With this recognition, she formed her first company, MediCreative, a boutique design and internet-marketing firm geared toward the health care industry.  She is the founder and President of iBec Creative, a company which offers fresh insight for today's businesses, designing highly functional and cutting-edge integrated marketing programs.
